We are an online Ayurveda School and Apothecary located south of Ottawa in Greely, Ontario, Canada offering tools and products that aim to guide you back into the seat of your own Spirit. Your empowered, intuitive, natural state.

The Acorn Revolution
This is not meant to be a full meal- it’s a cup, a sip, a moment of warmth and nourishment together.
My love and desire to share in community with Ayurveda is not to be the expert (I have much to learn!) but rather to be a touch point of this ancient wisdom and offer a space where others can learn together and infuse their own communities with the teachings. I invite you to join me with a cup of something warm to feel into what is calling you within this community.
-Is it simply Community with traditional wellness wisdom at its centre, with a shared language and curiosity towards seasonal living?
-Is it more Embodiment of this ancient system and a deeper understanding of how to incorporate and Live with the rhythms of nature while in a community of like-hearted souls?
-Is it more of a Dharma Calling? Something you are feeling ready to step into fully and want to pursue as a career or addition to what you offer already?
I’m overjoyed to say, we have room for everyone- The toe-dippers and cliff jumpers!
As I mentioned, it started with a vision, and already this has quickly developed into something beyond what I thought it would be. This my friends, is the energy of Dharma at play. As I surrender more and more, I see it taking shape. In fact, we are all witnessing the birth of something bigger.

Full Moon Circle
Donation
Women have gathered and celebrated the Moon for ages. The Moon, in all of her feminine glory, reminds us that we too move through phases each month. By gathering with other women and connecting to that cycle, we become more attuned to that natural aspect of ourselves. Come and join us for ceremony, conversation and songs. Feel the alignment for yourself.
Energy Healing

Energy is at the core of it all. By tapping into the current that flows through everything, we can untie knots, clear blockages, make space, and allow the flow to return. It is the flow of your energy, your own prana (life force) that heals. Sometimes, it just needs a little assistance. That’s where we come in.
Using plants, using the elements, sound, and beings that are present, we can often uncover the root of issues or relay messages to help you shift. Whether it be physically, mentally, or spiritually, it is all connected. When one area thrives, the others follow.
This is a unique offering, and one that cannot be booked without connection first.

Men’s Circle
Donation
Simply put, this is a space for men to gather, speak, and be heard. Too often there isn’t enough opportunities in a man’s life to really connect with himself and his feelings with other men present. This is an important offering towards stronger presence, and deeper purpose in life. Some weeks there may be practices and techniques shared to ground into the body. We will keep it natural and let the sessions guide themselves.
Kirtan
Donation
A spiritual conversation through song! Kirtan is an aspect of Bhakti Yoga and it connects the heart with vocal exression. It can be a vehicle for stillness, devotion, expression, and is a pathway of enlightenment. This is a tradition of call-and-response chanting and mantra. Traditionally sung in the ancient language of Sanskrit, these “words” are sounds/frequencies that help us align with nature. This is not a religious expression, it is another ancient practice that we welcome you to explore. NO experience necessary!
Sound Unwind/Healing
$25
Sound is an ancient modality of healing. Sound waves can move through matter, breaking down “stuck” energies, stress, fatigue, anger, and even physical pain and illness.
In our UNWIND offer, you’ll hear different tones and sounds specifically for relaxation. Bring a mat or blanket to lie on, and soak up all of the healing frequencies.
In our HEALING offer, we will have the addition of a “clearing” of energies with the burning of natural herbs or resins and a variety of sounds to help break up denser energies before moving into a calming state. Intuitive messages may be shared as they come up. This will be a group healing that’s sure to leave you feeling lighter and more connected.
